Paloma is a Research Associate and Consultant working with Global Human Capital Solutions with basis in Spain. Prior to this role she worked in Korn/Ferry International as Research Associate specialized in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Healthcare practices.

Previously to her time in executive search, Paloma worked as Key Account Executive in Hispamer Servicios Financieros, an important Spanish financial services group. Prior to that she worked for six years at Columbia Yachts, S.A., an import-export company of hand tools and promotional marketing. She was Import-Export Manager, a position that allowed her to build a solid business relationship with clients and suppliers, and allowed her to participate in international fairs. Her main task was the development of new products, follow up, stock control, import, quality, shipments, customs, etc. The last two years was destined to Santiago de Chile for the management and opening of the branch with the purpose of delivering Spanish products to the Mercosur countries. She opened six branches and more than ten franchises along the countries.

Previously, she worked for five years as executive assistant in Willis being appointed Account Executive following two years in Toyota Motor Corporation.

She attended International Executive Assistant at Mary Ward College in Madrid and speaks fluent Spanish and English. Paloma is a Spanish citizen, is married to a real estate developer and has two young daughters.
