Lucía Muñoz is an experienced professional in the Executive Search services industry with more than fifteen years working in top multinational groups in both in Management Consultant and Executive Search areas. She is a Partner in Global Strategic Advise Services in the Human Capital Solutions division, and is a member of the Iberian Peninsula team.
In her last stage, she has carried out intermediation projects in the Premium Real Estate sector, specifically building and hotels to rehabilitate.
She started her career working for A.T.Kearney in Madrid, where for seven years she was involved in the execution of strategy, marketing, sales and logistics projects in various industry sectors.
She established the Executive Search Practice in Spain for this firm.
As a result of her good practice, a well-known leading Spanish Brand, Seeliger y Conde (now AMROP International) hired her to become part of the Consumer sector practice, which included Pharma and OTC, Luxury Brands among other sectors.
Lucía Muñoz moved to a top multinational, Korn Ferry International as the Head of the Consumer Goods Practice, responsable for the development of this practice. Some of her clients include both family-owned and multinational companies. She is an expert in managing complex global realtionships and includes companies such as Pepsico, P&G, Grupo LÓreal, Kellog´s, Johnson Wax, Mercedes Benz, Altadis, Cortefiel, Sanitas, Osborne, Bacardí, Kraft, General Foods, Grupo Vips, Grupo Fierro in Latinoamérica (Colombia y Venezuela), Cointra, Monsanto, Grupo Cruzcampo, Heineken, Heinz, General Electric, Roland Berger, A.T. Kearney y Bechtle.
Lucía is a Spanish citizen, married with two children. She lives in Madrid and is fluent in Spanish and English. She has a degree in Economics from the University Complutense of Madrid and a MBA in I.E. in Madrid.
