Inés Gomis is a Senior International Consultant focused in Leading Change Management Solutions, Coaching and Assessment for public and private organizations and Start-Up Projects, working with Boards for more than twenty years.Parallel to this because of a long family history- she has been strongly involved in many cultural-related and non-for-profit activities, specifically in what are 20th century avant-garde movements.

Ines is also Senior Advisor and Consultant of the European Foundation for Quality Management – EFQM – Excellence Model and a business coach. She has been a Member and Speaker of the Comité de Certificación del Instituto de Calidad Turística Española, sponsored and promoted by the Spanish General Secretary Tourism Department, from the Ministry of Economy. She was a Professor at the Escuela de Negocios CEU at the University San Pablo CEU and at the Universidad Europea de Madrid in Madrid.

She has been responsible for years for the Department of Benchmarking and Recognition activities in Club Excelencia en Gestión – partner association to the EFQM in Brussels. She was also the Spanish representative at the Global Benchmarking Network, headquartered in Germany.

Along her career, Ines was Corporate Quality Manager for five years at La Estrella Seguros, company owned by the International Trieste-Italian Insurance Group Generalli. She had a successful track record in marketing research, sales and marketing.

During the early years of her career, Ines served in both, the Central and Local Government. She was appointed for specific projects at the General Secretary Department of the Ministry of Culture and the Culture Councellor Department of the Madrid City’s Government.

She is an Economist, graduate in Economic and Commercial Sciences from the University of Barcelona, and has an MBA.She is a Spanish citizen, is married and has three sons. She is fluent Spanish, English, French, Catalan and Italian.

Ines is a member of Círculo de Economía in Barcelona, Colegio de Economistas in Madrid, Instituto de Consejeros y Administradores Independientes and Founder Member of Fundación Isaac Albéniz, sponsor of the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía, she is also a member of Etica, Economía y Dirección, Board Member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF)Board Member of IWF with HQ in Washington, D.C.

Gomis has been married for more than thirty years and has three sons.
