Hélène Krieff is Managing Partner. She has opened the Asia Pacific HQ of NEUMANN in Hong Kong in early 2007, followed by a China office in 2008. Hélène is the head of the global Competence Centre “Industry & Energy”.

Prior to joining the Executive Search, Hélène has spent six years in sales & marketing in the medical devices industry as well as eleven years in Investment Banking for UBS, then Goldman Sachs, for whom she was assigned with specific projects in Taiwan and Korea. Eventually she was given the role of Head of Operations for Fixed Income Products of their Hong Kong office. Hélène then joined the Adecco Group as Managing Director HK and China.

Given the diversity of her career path and her recognized people strengths, Hélène adds value to clients and candidates by properly assessing and challenging needs versus profiles. She also has a vast knowledge and understanding of Asia where she had been living for 15 years. Now based in Zurich, Switzerland, she is NEUMANN’s Asia expert serving Swiss and European companies which have needs in the region.

A French native, Hélène holds a Master’s degree in Private Law and a post-graduate degree in Penal Law. She also studied Coaching and conducts assignments in leadership, personal development, career management and leading changes. Hélène is fluent in French and English, and converses in Russian.
