Eloisa Lopez de Silanes is a Partner at Global Strategic Advise Services in the Iberian Region. She brings over 17 years’ experience in financial management having worked for international companies (both private and publicly-held). She has a long track record in participating with multifunctional teams to achieve the objectives needed to improve company operations.

Eloisa started her career at Procter and Gamble where she held various senior managerial positions in the Beauty Care and Baby Care consumer goods sectors both for Europe and South Africa. She acquired a broad experience in business strategy development, financial and tax planning, business expansions and product launches, sourcing analysis and manufacturing cost optimization. She has great people management skills having successfully led international teams.

Eloisa was an active member of the diversity team, leading the organization and panel discussions of the Procter and Gamble European Women Symposium. She also worked on other organizational projects and provided training and coaching to direct reports.

Following Procter and Gamble and before joining Global, Eloisa moved to the advisory role of a Family Office. In this role she provided consulting and advisory services in the areas of wealth and tax management, asset allocation and analysis of diverse new business expansions opportunities both in Spain and in Mexico.

She earned a BA in International Business majoring in Finance from Northeastern University (Boston, USA) and Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid, Spain). During her studies she completed internships in UBS in Madrid, JP Morgan in Madrid and in the brokerage firm Barry Murphy & Co. in Boston. After graduation she worked in Banco Atlantico in New York City before joining Procter & Gamble.

Eloisa is a Spanish citizen currently living in Madrid with her two children, having lived most of her life across different countries including, US, Mexico, Panama, Switzerland, South Africa, the UK, Italy and France. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, and is proficient in German, French and Italian.
