She has evolved a highly effective process for the development of very practical programs which ensure rapid improvement and increased effectiveness. She has designed programs in the areas of Leadership, Managerial Skills, Decision-taking, Positive Influencing Skills, Personal Effectiveness, Negotiation Skills, Customer Focus, Presentation skills, Creativity & Innovation.

Cheryl was born and raised in California where she earned a BA in International Relations at the University of California (Davis). She holds an M.B.A. from Warwick Business School (U.K.)- She currently resides in Spain and speaks fluent Spanish as well as English.
Cheryl is a guest lecturer in a number of M.B.A. programs, including Universidad de Carlos III de Madrid, ESCP-EAP Paris, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Universidad de León.
