Cheryl is an international training and development consultant with 20 years experience in the global business arena. Her expertise lies in providing in-company training and development solutions which truly align people with strategy by successfully arming them with the skills they need.

Cheryl has a proven track record of participant and client satisfaction in her management and communication skills training. She has evolved a highly effective process for the development of very practical programs which ensure rapid improvement and increased effectiveness. She has designed programs in the areas of Leadership, Managerial Skills, Decision-taking, Positive Influencing Skills, Personal Effectiveness, Negotiation Skills, Customer Focus, Presentation skills, Creativity & Innovation.

Cheryl has worked with many of the world leading companies and has helped to develop people from around the globe. Her most recent corporate role was Senior Partner with Read Matthews management training consultants for 8 years, in the position of Director of Training, Spain.Her main responsibilities were client relations, needs assessment, program design and delivery.

Cheryl was born and raised in California where she earned a BA in International Relations at the University of California (Davis). She holds an M.B.A. from Warwick Business School (U.K.)- She currently resides in Spain and speaks fluent Spanish as well as English.

Cheryl is a guest lecturer in a number of M.B.A. programs, including Universidad de Carlos III de Madrid, ESCP-EAP Paris, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Universidad de León.
